Video Work

The following video clips are examples of some of my completed works. They represent a range of genres, styles and subject matter. These projects where created for a cross section of demographics and produced within a wide range of budgets.  My skills as an editor, producer, director, shooter and writer are represented in these clips.  Please feel free to peruse the rest of my website/blog.

BIZKID$:

The 4 videos in this slideshow are from the National PBS show BizKid$.  I was the Editor, Story Editor, Contributing Writer and played a key role in the development of the style of the series.

Alabama Life:

As Senior Editor and Story Editor for the television series "Alabama life", my responsiblity for each episode was to craft 3 stories about the lives of 3 different people living in the state of Alabama.  I worked remotely from my home office in Seattle Washington and proved that telecommuting is a viable working strategy.

Youth Culture:

As an avid outdoorsman and athlete,  I was thrilled to work on TV shows and video projects with some of the best athletes in the world.  If I was not producing, editing or shooting these programs, I was out in the natural world and pushing my own physical limits.

Food Chain Media:

I formed the production company "Food Chain Media" because I am interested in promoting sustainable agriculture, food production and distribution.  These clips are samples of works I produced, directed, edited and shot.  I do it because it interests me and I believe it is important work.

Reality Television:

I was hired to edit the following episodes of these reality TV shows.  One series was already airing on the A&E Network and the other was a pilot series for Discovery Science.  I worked from unscripted, raw footage for both of these edits.
